Sample Kit Policy & Purchasing Guide

At MCcosme, we believe in "Quality First." We strongly encourage all new partners to order a Sample Kit to evaluate our formulas, packaging quality, and component functionality before committing to a bulk Private Label order.

To ensure a smooth testing experience, please review our specific policy regarding sample orders. This policy operates in conjunction with our general Terms & Conditions.

1. Sample Configuration & Customization

"Do samples come with my logo?"
  • Standard Samples (Blank): To maintain fast shipping speeds and low costs, standard Sample Kits are shipped Blank (Unbranded) or with generic labels. This allows you to test the product quality immediately without waiting for printing.
  • Pre-Production Proofs (Custom): If you absolutely require a single sample printed with your specific logo, this is classified as a "Pre-Production Proof," not a standard sample. This service requires a separate setup fee (typically $50-$100) and a lead time of 7-10 days. Please contact support if you need this service.

2. Purchase Limits (Anti-Retail Policy)

MCcosme is a B2B manufacturer, not a B2C retailer.
  • Quantity Limit: To prevent retail purchasing, Sample Orders are limited to a maximum of 5 units per SKU.
  • Need more? If you wish to purchase larger quantities of blank goods (e.g., 10+ units) for a pilot run or resale, please place a standard Wholesale Order or contact our sales team.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Speed: Sample orders are prioritized and typically dispatch within 3-5 business days.
  • Cost: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • Duties (DDU): Consistent with our main shipping policy, international sample shipments are Delivered Duty Unpaid. While many small sample kits fall under the tax threshold (de minimis) of countries like the USA, the buyer is responsible for any potential import taxes.

4. Returns & Refunds

All Sample Sales Are Final. Due to hygiene regulations and the low-cost nature of these kits, we do not accept returns or exchanges on sample kits.
  • Damaged Items: If a sample arrives damaged (e.g., broken glass), please email us a photo within 5 business days of delivery. We will issue a Store Credit or a Refund for the value of the damaged item.
  • No Reshipping: Please note that we do not reship individual sample items internationally due to high logistics costs.

5. Sample Cash Back Program (Risk-Free Promise)

We want your decision to test our brand to be risk-free.
  • The Offer: If you place a bulk Private Label order (over $500) within 30 days of receiving your samples, we will credit the product cost of your Sample Kit back to you.
  • How to Redeem: Simply contact your account manager with your Sample Order Number when you are ready to place your bulk order, and we will apply the discount to your invoice.
  • Note: Shipping costs are not refundable. The credit applies to the product value only.
