Refund, Return &Cancellation Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

As a B2B wholesale supplier, MCcosme maintains strict hygiene and quality protocols. Due to the nature of cosmetic products and the specific customization of private label orders, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for "change of mind" or "unsellable stock." All sales are final upon payment.

2. Order Cancellation

Standard Orders: Cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing the order.
Private Label / Custom Orders: Once production or labeling has begun, orders cannot be canceled. If a cancellation is approved before production starts, a cancellation fee of 15% (or $50 minimum) will be deducted to cover administrative and material preparation costs.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

Notice Period: You must notify us at sales@mccosme.com within 5 business days of delivery.
Required Evidence: Please include your Order Number and clear photos/videos of the damaged item and the shipping box.
Resolution: We will verify the claim and arrange for a replacement in your next order or issue a refund for the specific damaged units. We do not offer full order refunds for minor damage to individual units.

4. Product Variations

Color Accuracy: Please note that colors may appear slightly different on screens than in person. Slight color variations in packaging or formulation batches are normal in mass production and are not considered defects.
Packaging: Minor scratches or dents on the outer packaging (cartons) that do not affect the product inside are not grounds for a refund.

5. Reaction & Suitability

MCcosme provides ingredient lists for transparency. We are not responsible for individual allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. We highly recommend ordering samples to test formulas before placing bulk orders.
