What are your Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs)?
We offer scalable solutions to grow with your brand. For our ready-to-ship Private Label catalog, the MOQ is just 50-100 units. For fully Custom OEM projects (custom formula and packaging), the MOQ typically starts at 1,000 to 3,000 units, depending on the specific component requirements.
How long is your production lead time?
For standard Private Label orders, lead times are extremely fast at 7-15 days. For fully custom OEM production, it generally takes 30-45 days after your approval of the Pre-Production Sample (PPS) and receipt of the deposit.
Can your R&D lab custom develop my own formula?
