Private Label Policy & FAQ
Welcome to MCcosme. To ensure a successful partnership and high-quality production, please review our comprehensive operational policies below. By placing an order with MCcosme, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
PART 1: The Ordering Process (How It Works)
Step 1: Order & Payment
Select your products and packaging (MOQ 50 pcs per variant). Full payment is required to secure inventory.
- Note: We do not reserve stock for unpaid orders.
Step 2: Submit Vector Logo
Email your logo file to [Sales@MCcosme].
- Strict Requirement: Files must be in .AI (Adobe Illustrator) or .EPS format.
- We generally cannot use JPG/PNG files for high-quality printing.
Step 3: Digital Mockup Approval
We will send you a digital proof (mockup) within 2 business days.
- CRITICAL: You must reply via email to approve the design.
- No changes can be made to the artwork once you provide approval.
Step 4: Production (10-15 Business Days)
Lead time begins strictly after we receive your written approval.
Step 5: International Shipping
We ship via DHL/FedEx/UPS. Tracking will be provided upon dispatch.
PART 2: Terms & Conditions (Strict Policy)
1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) Policy
- Private Label (Custom Logo):
✅MOQ: 50 pieces per SKU (per color/variant).
✅We cannot split the MOQ (e.g., we cannot print 25 of Color A and 25 of Color B).
- Blank Goods (No Logo):
2. Production Lead Time & Delays
- Estimated Lead Time: 10–15 business days for private label orders.
- Exclusions: Lead time does not include weekends, Chinese Public Holidays, or shipping transit time.
- Force Majeure: MCcosme is not liable for delays caused by customs inspections, natural disasters, or carrier operational failures.
3. Printing, Design & Color Disclaimer (Important)
- Mockup Responsibility: The client is solely responsible for verifying the spelling, positioning, and size of the logo on the Digital Mockup. MCcosme is not liable for any errors (typos, wrong colors) that were approved by the client in Step 3.
- Color Accuracy:
✅Screen vs. Print: Colors on your computer screen (RGB) will differ from the final printed ink (CMYK/Pantone).
✅Manufacturing Tolerance: Slight variations in color shade and logo positioning (+/- 1mm) are industry standards and are not considered defects.
4. International Shipping, Customs & Duties (DDU)
All orders are shipped from Guangzhou, China.
- Incoterms: We operate on DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms.
- Buyer’s Responsibility:
✅The buyer is responsible for all Import Duties, VAT, Taxes, and Custom Clearance Fees imposed by the destination country.
✅We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
- Refusal of Delivery:
✅If a package is returned, abandoned, or destroyed because the buyer refused to pay customs duties or failed to contact the carrier:
1️⃣No Refund will be issued for the goods.
2️⃣No Refund will be issued for shipping costs.
3️⃣The buyer will be liable for any return shipping fees charged to MCcosme.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
- Custom/Private Label Orders:
✅All Sales Are Final. Customized products cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances unless there is a verified factory defect.
- Cancellation Policy:
✅Before Production: If you cancel after mockup work has begun but before printing, a cancellation fee of 15% (or $50 minimum) will be deducted will be deducted from the refund to cover design labor.
✅During/After Production: Orders cannot be canceled once printing has started.
- Blank Products:
✅Cancellations: Standard blank orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, processing begins immediately and cancellations are not accepted.
✅Returns: To maintain hygiene standards and low wholesale pricing, all sales are final once shipped. We do not accept returns on blank goods. We strongly recommend ordering a single sample unit before placing a bulk order.
6. Damage & Claims
While we pack securely, international shipping carries risks.
- Reporting Window: You must report damaged or missing items within 5 business days of delivery.
- Evidence Required: You must provide clear photos of (1) The damaged product and (2) The shipping box/label.
- Compensation: Verified damaged items will be compensated via Refund, Store Credit, or Free Replacement sent with your next order. We do not reship individual replacement units internationally due to high logistics costs.
7. Order Abandonment
- If a client pays for an order but fails to submit a logo or approve the mockup for more than 90 days, MCcosme reserves the right to cancel the order. A restocking fee of 20% will be applied before refunding the balance.
