Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Global Shipping Carriers

MCcosme ships worldwide via premium logistics partners including DHL, FedEx, and UPS. We select the optimal carrier based on your destination and package weight to ensure the fastest delivery. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once the order is dispatched.

2. Processing Time

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders for standard in-stock products are processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Private Label / Custom Orders: Due to production, labeling, and quality assurance procedures, customized orders require 10-15 business days for processing prior to shipment.
  • Note: Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

3. Shipping Time

Standard international express shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. However, delivery times are estimates and not guarantees, as they may be affected by customs delays, weather conditions, or carrier operational issues beyond our control.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (DDU)

All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).
  • Buyer Responsibility: Import duties, taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These are collected by the destination country’s customs authority from the buyer.
  • Refused Shipments: If a buyer refuses a shipment due to unpaid duties or taxes:
  • Blank / Standard Goods: The buyer is responsible for both the original and return shipping costs, plus a 20% restocking fee. These amounts will be deducted from any potential refund.
  • Private Label / Custom Orders: Due to the customized nature of the goods, no refund will be issued for the products or shipping costs if the package is refused, abandoned, or destroyed.

5. Incorrect Addresses & Redelivery

Please double-check your shipping address.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery shipping costs.
  • Carrier fees for address corrections after the package has shipped will be billed to the customer.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages 

MCcosme is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as "Delivered." We recommend providing a secure delivery location.
