Do you offer custom formulation and reverse engineering (color matching)?

Yes.
Our in-house R&D laboratory specializes in advanced cosmetic chemistry. We can reverse-engineer benchmark samples for exact texture and color matching, or develop exclusive formulas. We provide clean beauty, vegan, talc-free, and cruelty-free formulations fully compliant with FDA and EU regulations.

What are your standard production lead times and MOQs?

We offer scalable production to support your inventory needs. For ready-to-ship Private Label (stock formula & packaging), the MOQ is 50-100 pcs with a turnaround of 7-15 days. For fully Custom OEM orders, the MOQ typically starts at 1,000-3,000 pcs, with a lead time of 30-45 days after sample approval.

How do you guarantee quality consistency across mass production?

Quality consistency is non-negotiable. MCcosme operates a 20,000m² facility certified by ISO 22716 and GMPC. Every batch undergoes rigorous stability, heavy metal, and microbiological testing. Furthermore, mass production is strictly calibrated against your approved Pre-Production Sample (PPS) to guarantee 100% accuracy.

What trade terms and global shipping methods do you support?

We support standard international Incoterms including EXW, FOB Guangzhou, and DDP for select regions. Our logistics team handles Air Express (DHL/FedEx) for urgent samples, and cost-effective Sea Freight (FCL/LCL) for bulk orders. All mass shipments are packed in 5-layer corrugated cartons and palletized for maximum protection.
